Terms and Conditions

 Cancellation and Date Change Policy & Fees·        NO REFUNDS are issued for canceled events.· Cancellations/Date Changes made within 90days of your event date are subject to a 25% fee of the original package price.·  Cancellations/Date Changes made within 30days of your event date are subject to a 50% fee of the original package price.· Cancellations/Date Changes must be made in writing.   If event if completely cancelled a gift certificate will be issued and can be used for a future event within two (2)years from the date issued. When rebooking with a Gift certificate new package and pricing will apply.    

Undesirable Behavior & Security Funny Face Photo Booth's goal is to provide a fun and happy atmosphere for your event. However, at times, guests and or family members can become unruly due toa variety of reasons.  The Client understands that Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC reserves the right to halt and/or end any photo booth activity in this situation.  Should this occur, the Client understands that they will not be compensated for any services unrendered.  And any and ALL issues associated with the services provided by Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC will be FORFEITED. ‍

Damage to Property
‍Damages made to props are expected and are considered wear and tear.  This is understandable and will not be considered “damage” nor will it be charged to the client.  Damage to laptop, printer, iPad or photo booth ring stand are considered “damage to property” and will be compensated toFunny Face Photo Booth, LLC.  A representative from Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC will inform the client of any damage caused during the event and will let them know that they will be contacted from the company for compensation for any damages.

Severability In the event that any term or condition of this agreement shall be deemed unenforceable by law, the remaining terms and conditions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

‍Photo Release Disclaimer
The client hereby grants Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC permission to use their likeness and those of the participants of photo booth, as stated above, in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other considerations.  Client further understand and agrees that all photos will become the property of Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC and will not be returned.  Client hereby irrevocably authorize Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.  In addition, client waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product where in my likeness or those of my event’s participants appears.  Additionally, Client waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.  Client hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Funny Face Photo Booth, LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of actions whichI, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.  

Customer Agreement To All Terms and Conditions Listed In This Contract client has read and understands all the Terms and Conditions of this contract and agree to abide by them.
